My experience as a MFT includes helping a wide range of clients including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of emotional situations. I can help clients work on their emotional challenges either in short-term solution-focused counseling, or in longer-term psychodynamic psychotherapy. In addition to my private psychotherapy practice I’ve had the opportunity to work as a clinician in non-profit organizations that provide mental health care services to the less advantaged population in Southern California. Although my work emphasizes on working with children, adolescents, couples and families, my extensive background in business management (MBA with emphasis in Behavior in Organizations) makes my services unique to those who seek career and business growth, or need to examine career options through personal growth, exploring life purpose at a deeper level. I’ve also helped management teams and served as mediator and business coach in several companies. I am bilingual and can conduct therapy sessions both in English and Farsi.
